Recordpad Sound Recorder 7.0

This program lets you record audio and save it as WAV, MP3, or AIFF files. It has the ability to record input sources (such as microphones), as well as the sound played by your computer. Hence, you can easily record online streams, Skype chats, etc. MPEG Layer-3 encoding offers content of variable bit rates, from 8 to 320kbps, with optional CRC error checking and joint stereo modes.

Recordpad Sound Recorder can also send recordings via e-mail or upload them to an FTP server.
